The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be streamed in real-time on Netflix.
British boxer Anthony Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "break" the American as the two fighters came face-to-face to publicize the upcoming boxing match.
Former two time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive disparity - at Miami's arena on December 19th.
Boxer's Mentality
"I'm going to injure his face and hurt his body. I'm here to prove my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to really want to injure him. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of those words, a calm Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically famous for his showmanship - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked ex Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and called him "not serious" after Ngannou turned down a bout proposal.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, criticized British opponent Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he's present here," the boxer commented.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua refused to speak negatively about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he remarked.
Paul's Background
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has primarily boxed mixed martial artists or faded names since turning professional.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Financial Success
Nevertheless, the novice remains one of the sport's biggest commercial attractions, frequently receiving huge financial rewards.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old predicted a stoppage in round four or five and asserted he would derail the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is reportedly under discussion for two years from now.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Physical Disparity
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the usual face-off, with their size difference evident, it highlighted just how unlikely this whole event is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is truly proceeding.
